Gelato cakes | You can purchase a plain gelato cake, we sell by weight, or covered in chocolate and fondant. Our unique Gelato decorated cakes are Gelato filled real cakes, covered with chocolate and fondant, can be in different sizes and shapes, custom made. Cannoncini Cannoncini are puff pastry filled with Italian crema , you can order them or find them generally Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

CAKES we make many kinds of cakes, pastry ones, gelato cakes, sorbet cakes, almost all of our cakes can be covered and decorated. Prices change, depending on SIZE, FLAVOURS, KIND (cake, gelato cake, covered cake, naked cake) and depending on the level of DECORATION. Wedding Cakes have to be quoted each time.

Therefore any cake has to be quoted in the shop, to be precise. Gelato Cakes are sold at 32$ a Kg. and has to be seen each time at Nuvola once finished. sizes are 6"-7"-8"-9"-10". Gelato covered Decorated Cakes are quoted per person and go from 4$,5$ to 6$ per person, custom shaped and carved Cakes have different prices.
SIGNATURE CAKE Our signature Cake is the Rose cake, it is in 3 sizes, 6",7",8" the prices are 45$, 55$ and 65$, this cake has to be ordered a week before and has gelato inside, with a thin layer of cake. It can also be made as a regular cake (without Gelato) if it has to be kept outside for longer periods.
