HOW TO ORDER A CAKE WITH US...
This is a selection of cakes we have done in these years, we rarely do copies of our own and NEVER copy other artists. Please send us an email and we will be more than happy to help you, send us ideas of what you are looking for and we will provide a quote.
First of all we need to know for how many people will be the cake, second the date, third the style and them the flavours.
We have many different options and every cake is different, depending on details, toppers, tecnique and filling.
here are some examples of flavours you can choose, but once you send us an email we can go further on and customize it for you.
Chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream

Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache (dark bitter) and raspberry jam or raspberries
Chocolate cake with chocolate pastry cream (similar to a mousse)
Chocolate cake with coconut thick frosting
Vanilla cake with pastry cream and buttercream
Vanilla cake with buttercream
Vanilla cake with buttercream and strawberry jam and or strawberries
Vanilla cake with chocolate combination (ganache/cream or buttercream)
Vanilla cake with coffee buttercream and mascarpone (tiramisù)
We also do red velvet with cream cheese.
Buttercream can be vanilla, orange blossom, peppermint, lemon, rose, lavander, coffee or (hazelnut with a slightly higher price.)
Combos are many just let me know what are your preferences.
This is our standard "nude Cake" means not frosted on the sides, can have piped flowers rather than sprinkes or flat with a text on it, it can be layered also with gelato (without buttercream on the top in that case).
Also Gelato cakes can be decorated with a fondant topper, as below.

This is our frosted standard cake, can have piped decorations, text, flowers, toppers, unicorn or other decoration, can have gelato inside with a thin layer of cake.

This is our standard fondant covered cake, can have toppers, flowers, unicorn or other extra decorations and can be filled with gelato too with a thin layer of cake.
above is an example of a more elaborate design and below is a custom cake with carved details, prints, toppers and 3 tiers.

Cupcakes, cake pops and cookies
Cupcakes can be combined to our cakes,to our cookies and to cake pops, flavours are as the cake list ones.
We have regular sprinkles, small decoration or bigger topper/print option.

THE ROSE CAKE
Our signature Rose cake can be made in 3 sizes (or more if needed) Small-5" for 2 people, a Medium 6" for 4/5 people and a 7" for 7/8 people, can be CAKE (kept in the fridge), CAKE AND GELATO (to be kept in the freezer compartment) OR entirely GELATO (with a thin layer of chocolate). Any colour is possible and included in the price. We can also do mini roses. Gold on the petals will be charged extra, Butterfly is included in the S-M-L sizes.
